First time Jeep owner

My husband's van died and he wanted my beloved Ford Edge.

I compromised, because that is what I do. I went truck shopping. I found a good deal on a 2012 Liberty, the kind of deal you just don't give up.

It was boxy and boring besides the decidedly Jeep front grill and profile. So we bought her, and I was not happy that I wasn't getting my truck. The next night we got one of our Michigan snow/ice storms.

I left work and she is a little tank driving through it. She is more fun to drive on nasty roads than on a clear day, and I am sure she will prove herself trail worthy this summer!

She went in for 2 days of work that the dealership was doing due to a couple of small issues. I missed her. I wanted her back. We have made up and everything will be okay!

As far as men vs women, we see lots of both sexes driving Liberty's in our city, but no one seems to really get her as she is a KK.

She is too boxy and manly (which is what I like about her), but most of our women friends seem unimpressed. As far as men go, they notice her for what she is, a Jeep, but she is not much to look at in silver.
