Hi Jeepers,


I am HENRY from INDIA (south). I am working as a Marine Engineer onboard ship.

I have Indian made MAHINDRA CLASSIC CJ340. I love to drive it. She never disappointed me on road as well as off road.

It is a fantastic machine with 4x4 and 97bhp Peugeot engine. I used to go for trekking in the hills to see wild animals in the night. Even for long drives too it is capable.

I bought this from a tea estate owner at a cost of $5000 (225000 rupees - Indian money) 4 years ago.

I like to buy one old WRANGLER Jeep from abroad if it is in any condition I can restore it in India.

I love Jeeps so much. Really super machines.
Driving and having a JEEP is a fantastic feeling and pride.

Now my pet is parked 3000 metre above sea level (Photo).

Henry, This model has the Engine xdp 4.90 , giving 62bhp at 4500rpm.
It is a rare machine now .

I have one '96 model, re-powered it with 72bhp Engine.

The Peugeot engine is good and strong. I have a Hurricane on my Jeep, it is an old model.
