Swindled by the Dealer...'08 Commander a Lemon !

We bought a 2008 Jeep Commander 5 weeks ago to go on the beach for surf casting.
The vehicle did well...even without the traditional 4wd. My husband wanted a used Toyota Tacoma, but I wanted an SUV that was more family accessibility with off road capabilities, and in the snow.
The vehicle has given us nothing but problems with starting issues. It starts intermittently or won't start. The dealership screwed us big time. They tried servicing it, but said they couldn't find anything wrong.
Long story short...it's caused us a lot of stress and emotional heartache. We bought a vehicle that can't be trusted or used...lots of money, for what?
We have read that this is a consistent problem with this year and model. We should have done our homework before purchasing, but those sales people are sly as foxes and talk is cheap. We will never go there again and we will tell everyone we know to stay away. We will be reporting them also.
Stay away from the Commander...!
